Join Karen at Key West Yoga Sanctuary for the first workshop in a series of three that will explore how the energy shifts through the year in the ancient Ayurvedic wellness tradition. There are three seasons: Pitta, Vata, Kapha.
 
 
🔥 This ZEN workshop series of three kicks off with the fiery season of Pitta energy. Karen will share a few tips & tricks for using essential oils & gemstones to support living a balanced life through the Ayurvedic seasons of Pitta, Vata & Kapha.
 
 
In the workshop you will

• review the high-level Ayurveda philosophy, the doshas & life elements, its healing system
• discover seasonality of Ayurvedic energy and learn about the Pitta fire season and its energy characteristics
• design and create your very own balancing gemstone bracelet, all materials included.
• receive a healing ZEN essential oil blend to take home and use in your daily life
